 Gabriel Farago, owner of The Gabriel Music Group and creator of The Careerlauncher
Program, has been involved with the Nashville recording scene since 1978. Initially a recording artist himself, the Hungarian born up-and-comer was fortunate to work with
Harold Bradley, brother of Nashville’s legendary producer Owen Bradley, through the early 1980’s.
During the years that followed, with the encouragement and help of industry professionals, such as Bob Saporiti (formerly of Warner Brothers Records) and Ray Pilzak, of
Amusement Business Magazine, Gabriel was able to establish himself within the recording community gaining success as singer, songwriter and producer.
He has seen several of his own records chart in the “Country Top 100” and received outstanding reviews
from Billboard and CashBox magazines. In December 1999 he successfully released two original
Christmas songs, one of which became an international hit the following year. During the 1980’s, Garbiel
toured and performed in concert with major country stars, such as Gary Morris, Earl Thomas Conley, Lee Greenwood and Tammy Wynette. In 1989 and 1990 he represented the United States in two major
European international country music festivals, including a performance in Budapest, Hungary with EmmyLou Harris. A concert-goers favorite, Farago's trademark high-energy shows have influenced the rock-type country acts of today.
Expanding into artist development and record production in the early 90's, Farago has hosted his own radio program, appeared on domestic (US) and international TV, received major corporate sponsorships and been involved with video production, most recently at Old Tucson film studios. He continues to help advance the careers of singers and songwriters through his nationally-recognized CareerLauncher Program. Gabriel has also written an in-depth book on the music biz called Secrets to Success in Couutry Music, released early 2008, available Amazon.com and book stores everywhere. A university graduate and teacher
for several years, Gabriel Farago has the effective communication skills, as well as the musical expertise to be a natural in the studio.
 In addition to his profession in the country music industry, Farago fulfilled another life-long dream when he was ordained Rev. Gabriel Farago on April 30th, 2006. An independent charismatic, with the recent release of his own Christian album Holy Ghost Power, the "honky-tonk priest" (as friends have dubbed him) hopes to develop contemporary Christian/country artists thru Father Gabriel Ministries and NSD Records, as well.
Gabriel Farago has traveled extensively throughout the US, Canada, Europe and the Pacific. He speaks
several languages, is a history buff, animal lover and outdoorsman. Gabriel particularly enjoys Harley
riding, dirt biking, cross-country skiing, scuba diving and sky diving. He has an office on Nashville’s Music Row.
Gabriel Farago is a writer and publisher member of the prestigious American Society of Composers,
Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and publisher member of Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI). He is also a member of The Country Music Association (CMA) and The Gospel Music association (GMA).
Gabriel Farago is eminently qualified in his field. With 30 years years of “hands-on” experience as
recording artist/performer, musician, songwriter, producer and with an extensive knowledge of publishing, promoting and marketing as well, Gabriel offers a thorough and diversified “know-how” few within
Nashville’s country music industry can equal.
